A relationship in which you don't feel judged helps you start seeing yourself differently. That's how you let go of many of the things that stand in the way of your healing: self-criticism, shame, feelings of inadequacy, lack of self-confidence, fear of rejection, the need to receive external validation.

When you don't receive any external interpretations of your experiences, or any directives about how you should be or act, your freedom and self-confidence start to flourish. Once you truly regain your power and autonomy, you actually start transforming.

How can I help you?
Only you know how many times you've felt alone with what you're going through. Lost among the same difficult thoughts and feelings, beyond which you can't see anything clearly. Maybe you've tried to tell someone about your pain, and the answer you received made you feel even more alone, misunderstood. As if you shouldn't feel this way. What you really need is to talk to someone who really knows how to listen and understand, without judging you. Because feeling understood and accepted exactly as you are, without being pushed in a certain direction, opens unimaginable doors towards healing and growth, and that's what I can offer you.

My priority is to create a safe space for you. A space where talking about your feelings and experiences feels comfortable and liberating, not scary. My role is to understand all the hidden corners of your inner world, as you let me in more and more. Together, we can explore your suffering, its roots and what maintains it, in order to make room for change. I'm here to help you gain clarity about your feelings and relate to yourself and to your experiences in a different way, for a more harmonious relationship with yourself and with those around you.
